Set as a prequel to its console counterpart, Mirror's Edge on Mobile is a 2D platformer for iOS and Windows Phone devices, released in 2010 and 2012 respectively and developed by IronMonkey Studios (Now known as Firemonkeys). You assume the role of Faith Connors as you run, climb and fight your way through 14 levels of increasing difficulty, with each level giving some added insight into the world of Mirror's Edge alongside some backstory (although limited) into Faith's character.
Unfortunately, as iOS software continued to be updated and improved, Mirror's Edge failed to stay up to date alongside it. When iOS 8 was released, the game was no longer playable and so was delisted from the App Store in 2015, never to be seen again... Until now.

This was a real project of mine for a long time; I've been a Mirror's Edge fan for years and have always wanted to play the mobile release, but I never got to at the time. For the longest time I thought the game was just lost to time, but after getting my hands on an iPhone 5 and spending hours researching, modding and tweaking it I finally got the game to work 🎉The game is such a blast and holds up incredibly well today, it's such a shame they never ported or updated this game in any way... here's only hoping they do one day but it's highly unlikely unfortunately 😭
Special shoutout to Karen AKA angelxwind for creating a tweak that allows EA games to work on iOS 8, alongside @NostalgiasEdge for providing the community with a working IPA for the game 😊
