This is a No Save No Damage playthrough of Resident Evil 2 Claire 2nd (B) Scenario done on Hardcore Mode (60 fps) with S+ Rank and a time of 1.10.00

Time - 2:30:00
Saves - 3 or less
No infinite weapons ( except for the infinite knife)

A mix of the safe and the speed strategies have been combined here. Also, RNG decided to be good at some places and weird at others.
