A second piece done for the Music Weeklies Challenge for the end of October- and a good excuse to extend the NQT OST!

This is a more mellow and downtempo tune, reminiscent of what would play in a "safe" area, in an opening area of the game, during a character-based cutscene, etc. A dingy old diner? An empty bowling alley? a deserted shopping mall at sunset? Just a mood-setting little tune.
