From the film Amadeus, this is the Requiem, K. 626 - Confutatis, composed by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, with Sir Neville Marriner conducting the Academy of St. Martin-In-The-Fields. This track is featured in the film when Mozart is too ill to compose and Salieri offers to help. This scene is my favorite in the film because it allows us a chance to see Mozart compose out loud, how everything was already written in head as if taking dictation. Also we get to see Salieri struggle to understand the brilliance behind Mozart's composing ability and slowly understands what Mozart really is.
