From the film Amadeus, this is the Adagio In C minor For Glass Armonica, K. 617, composed by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, with Sir Neville Marrinner conducting the Academy of St. Martin-In-The-Fields. This track is featured in the Director's Cut of the film when Mozart has returned home from a concert and finds his wife crying in bed. He comforts her and she confesses her love for him, made abundantly clear in the previous scene when she has decided to whore herself to Salieri if need be to get her husband the royal post.
