I accidentally washed my smartphone in my pocket in the washing machine. I drained the machine, fished it out, disassembled with the help of attached link here:

I soaked all components in medical alcohol/surgical spirit and let them dry overnight, then I put the parts out in the shaded sunshine for a day and then strung them up in front of a desk fan for one more night. I reassembled and it worked fine. I bought a new battery as I do not trust lipos and water. Everything works as you can see... Hope helps someone.
