In this episode I get into the financials of how much I've spent so far on HVAC repairs, plumbing costs, labor, materials, and paying my son Patrick. It's adding up fast but it's also getting close to being finished! We are full steam ahead on painting all the walls. Painting the trim is next and then we will enter the flooring phase of the project. I love 100% waterproof vinyl plank click n' lock flooring but I hate to lay it!
