In this first episode, I catch you up on the state of the 3 bedroom home that my renter trashed in just one year of living there. I talk about wall repair (holes in the walls), stain blocker primer options and selection, floor repair, how to deal with Crayon and marker damage on the walls, carpet removal, removal of all tack strips and staples, and demo of some of the kitchen walls as they are so far gone and covered with cooking oil, it's not worth it to save them.
