In this Etekcity vs Renpho bluetooth smart scale review we look at these 2 scales side by side to help you determine which one is the best smart scale for you.
I picked these 2 scales because they are a couple of the best wifi smart scales, based upon the reviews and the fact that they are both best sellers.
I do like both the Etekcity Scale and the Renpho Scale. That being said, I've shown the pros and cons of each of these scales in this video review.
One good thing about the Renpho body fat scale is that it's straight forward and easy to setup and use. A downside is that you can only view your body composition metrics inside the app as opposed to on the scale, where you can only see your weight.
One good thing about the Etekcity Apex smart scale is you can view many of your body composition metrics both on the scale and inside of the VeSync app you pair it with. One downside of the Etekcity scale is switching between users of similar weights; You have to tap your foot once on the right side to switch between users of similar weights, and it takes a little practice to get the tap right.
I've also tested both the Renpho and Etekcity scales for accuracy and they are accurate. I even show you how to Calibrate them.
