I've had this digital body fat percentage measuring scale for 4 years now and I like it a lot. It does have a couple of flaws, and I share what those are in this video.
In this body fat scale review we show you how to set users up in the Balance body composition scale by Greater Goods. The scale has presets for 8 users.
We reveal this digital scales biggest flaws and show you how to work around those flaws for more accurate body fat percentage readings.
The flaws this scale has are most likely inherent to most digital body fat scales. The scale uses technology called bioimpedance to measure body fat, but it also does calculations based on age and other metrics that might give you a reading that's not exactly correct.
All things considered, the Balance Body Composition scale is a good way to get an approximation of your body fat percentage and you can use it to see if you're getting leaner or not over time.
