In this Blue Diamond Nonstick Pan Review, I share what I've learned using one of these pans for many years. Then, on my brand new Blue Diamond pan, I do the ultimate test to see if it's really nonstick. I fry an egg with absolutely no butter or cooking oil. You'll see the results.
There are a few key secrets to making your Blue Diamond Nonstick cookware last for a long time. Those secrets are using the pan over low to medium heat, using wooden or silicone instead of metal spatulas, and washing your pan with a soft sponge instead of an abrasive one. If you do that, I think you're set up to use your Blue Diamond pan for a long time.
I've been using a Blue Diamond pan for 4 or more years, and my old pan's nonstick surface wore out specifically because people were using metal utensils with it and overheating the pan.
Some cool things about Blue Diamond cookware are that it's nontoxic, and the diamond infusion of the ceramic coating is infused with diamonds, which makes the surface very hard. The diamonds help with even heating of the surface of the pan. It's also dishwasher safe and oven safe. The company says it's metal utensil safe, but I'd go with my recommendation if you want to get the most life out of your cookware and keep the metal utensils off of it.
I do love our Blue Diamond frying pan, and I'm amazed at how good of a job it does keeping things from sticking to it.
