Some badly needed renovations for our front screen porch. The high efficiency windows have made a huge difference in terms of comfort in our living room.

This wasn't something we planned to do. We'd talked about it on and off with the contractor who redid the bathroom. And then one day he came to us and said "I've got the time to do this, if you're still interested". So we did!
