It's been 10 years since I played online deathmatch in any game. What better way to break that streak than to join the most chaotic free for all deathmatch in existence: vanilla Half-Life 1 deathmatch!

The #rememberfreeman event invited players from all around the globe to all start Half-Life in their steam accounts at the same time. The goal was to beat the previous record of 6022 simultaneous players from 3 years prior.
