JUST IN All registered Capital Cruise drivers will receive a refund for their registration fee.
🔹Several drivers who received entry passes during registration said they encountered heavy traffic backups, and by the time they reached Expo Square, organizers had closed the gate.
🔹Organizers said traffic flow into the event had slowed significantly by about 11 a.m., and they decided that continuing to add vehicles to the route could jeopardize the Guinness World Record attempt.
Organizers say all registered drivers will receive a check in the mail at the end of month.
