On April 11th the UCL's Centre for Law, Economics & Society, in collaboration with the Inclusive Competition Forum, organized an event on the Reform of Article 102 TFEU: A European Social Contract Approach with the participation of academics, policymakers, and stakeholders, to reflect on the current reform process for exclusionary abuses under Art. 102 TFEU but also more generally on the overall philosophy of the provision on abuse of dominance and the need to connect this with the broader principles and rights protected by the European Social Contract.
