In this virtual open event hosted by UCL Faculty of Laws, Professor Michael Veale explores whether law can prevent the misuse of artificial intelligence, examining the legal and regulatory challenges posed by AI technologies, including deepfakes, scams and other emerging forms of criminal misuse.
The session also includes an overview of the UCL Master of Laws (LLM) programme and admissions process from Sarah Campling, Director of Postgraduate Taught Programmes, followed by a live Q&A with academic staff, current students and recent graduates, who share insights into studying at UCL and student life.
