This week, I’m continuing to sit with the tension of time—how it presses, stretches, and sometimes leaves us staring at a blank page. I shared what it feels like to be balancing so many spinning plates and the importance of finding quiet pauses and leaning into real feelings and being honest with myself.
In the art portion, I work with vintage ribbon and felt remnants—materials that carry memory and texture. It’s a slow, intentional process, full of quiet reflection and care. Not everything needs to be explained; some things are best felt through the hands.
Thank you for being here, for honoring the messy middle with me.
