Week #21 Reflective Rolodex Challenge
Welcome to the twenty-first week of our Reflective Rolodex Challenge! This week’s theme is planting seeds for the future. I open up about a recent mistake I made—one that, while uncomfortable at the time, ended up leading me to take positive steps in managing my anxiety. Sometimes growth begins in the most unexpected places, and I share why I’m genuinely thankful that the experience happened.
For the creative portion, I keep it simple—just gluing some paper together and splashing up the card with art supplies in a loose and playful way. It’s a relaxed process, reminding us that every small step we take, both creatively and personally, can help plant something meaningful.
