Week #18 Reflective Rolodex Challenge
Welcome to the eighteenth week of our Reflective Rolodex Challenge! We're beginning a new series of journaling prompts focused on Blooming and Growth. In this first week, I reflect on personal growth and discovery by sharing a few simple ways I’m nurturing myself—like getting outside every day and staying hydrated. Small habits can lead to big shifts when we show up for ourselves consistently.
For the creative portion, we cut out paper flowers and turn our Rolodex card into a beautiful dress for our figure. Then, we add mixed media elements to make it truly shine. It’s a playful and expressive way to celebrate growth, inside and out.
