Week 32 - Clearing Space, Piecing Things Together
This week is all about making room—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I’ve been thinking about how clearing space in our homes can clear space in our minds, freeing us up to focus on what truly brings us joy. It’s not just about tidying—it’s about choosing what we want to carry forward. What serves us for the season that we are in now.
For the art portion, I used a technique that felt unexpectedly personal: ripping several papers at once, then puzzling the mismatched pieces back together and adding faux stitches across the seams. It reminded me how we’re all made of fragments—stitched together by time, experience, and care. Somehow, this card felt like a portrait of me.
