While there are ways to copy pre-existing animations from one TF2 class to another, you cant use that trick to import animations from different games (for instance, a HL2 animation to a TF2 model). This is the result of a quick experiment in trying to fake this, by locking an IKd Scout models various parts to a HL2 Civillian. The end result isnt perfect (the arms in particular) but its a good start.")

A quick test to see whether or not I could make original voices (which is to say, recorded by me and not ripped from TF2 or other sources) not look or sound like crap. The ending was pretty much tacked on at the last minute, and it shows.
