Owned by SunPork, this pig farm houses only ‘grower’ pigs.

Left in these bare eco sheds with nothing to do other than eat and sleep, the boredom leads to aggression. Investigators saw evidence of pigs fighting, as they would jump onto each other, and several had bloodied wounds and scratches.

Pigs are extremely intelligent and social animals, they enjoy exploring, playing and foraging, but at Reedy Lake, they are left to lie in the dirt, a miserable life so far from what they deserve.
