Does this look like a piggery that’s been raided twice by the RSPCA?

This piggery was reported to the RSPCA by a member of the public. No action was taken, over a month later civilian investigators uncovered shocking conditions at the farm which resulted in public outcry, media attention and an investigation by the RSPCA.

But the civilian investigators weren’t content to take the authorities at their word. So, almost two months after they initially visited the South Australian piggery, they decided to return.
