There’s a new blueprint that you can unlock for FREE by completing a super easter egg of sorts on Rebirth Island, It’s this blueprint you can see on screen right now, It’s called redacted & is for the DG56 Assault Rifle.
So there are 3 different mini easter eggs you need to complete to unlock this, You can do these in any order that you want to. Once you’ve completed all 3 in one game you’ll then be able to open this glass case in the industrial building which has the blueprint in it.
You’ll unlock the blueprint once you pick it up but sadly as of making this video it seems to only unlock for the person who picks it up and not the entire team.
So to begin with you want to head to the Factory point of interest, What i was finding easiest was to drop down along the side here and then go through the door that is marked with B4.
Once you go through this door directly in front of your you’re going to see a red box behind this locked gate, Simply shoot it to destroy it and then pick up the ID badge that it drops.
You then need to take this badge to the new building at the harbor point of interest. There’s some stairs along the side of the building that take you up to the second story and you have to use the ID badge to open up the door.
In here you’ll find a free uav and there’s also a console sort of thing which you need to interact with to turn the power on. That’s the first mini easter egg complete.
From here you want to head to the Chemical Engineering building. At this building, there are locations for 3 different symbols and below each of these symbols will be a number which is different each game.
So at the top of the chem building here is what I've just been calling the X symbol, The next level down on the back wall is the W symbol and then if you jump down the side of the building here and run along the side you’re going to find the A symbol.
Head to each of those spots and see what the numbers are and then In the room next to where this A symbol is there is a boiler room with 3 different tanks , each with one of these symbols on it.
Use the red button to activate the tanks and you then want to use each of the keypads next to them to increase the numbers to match what is shown for each symbols at the other locations.
This can be a bit tricky as the first keypad might increase the number of only one tank and not the others, The second might increase the number for two of the symbols and not the other & it’s going to be random each game you’ll just have to play around with it until you can get all 3 tanks to show the correct numbers for each symbol.
If you do mess it up you can use the red button to reset the numbers back to zero, so you can try it again. Once you’ve done it right and the number for each symbol matches what is shown at the other location you’ll see it say pressure stabilized, Below the red button it will reward you with a durable gas mask and that mini easter egg will be complete.
The final step is at the actual industrial building itself where the easter egg blueprint is located. Before being able to open up the side of the case with the blueprint, you need to first work out the 8 digit code to unlock the other side of the case. Which has a selection of different special armor vests.
If you’re looking at the case, Turn straight around and you’ll see a a computer which has a bunch of harddrives listed. To work out the code you want to look at the percentages next to these hard drives and go from highest to lowest.
So the highest % is 22% which means the first two numbers for the code are 22 and then the second is 17%, So that means the first 4 digits of the code is 2217. Do this until you have all 8 numbers and you can then input them into the keypad next to the vests.
Once that’s opened & you’ve also completed the other 2 steps, You’ll be able to head to the other side of the case, Interact with the hidden button here and unlock the case which has the blueprint in it.
Sadly like i say at the moment it appears that only the person who picks it up will unlock it which is kind of shitty, Hope they end up changing that in a future update.
