Trophy Hunt Camo Unlock Challenges + Event Update!
This morning there’s been an update to the Trophy Hunt Event that is currently live in game and we’ve also gotten some news about the new Camo Challenges Event that will be available once Season 3 Reloaded starts and in this video we’re going to go over the details.

As of recording this there are just under 6 days remaining to collect trophy coins and spend them in the item shop to unlock all of the available rewards.
If you haven’t quite purchased all of these items yet, Infinity Ward put out this tweet earlier that says “One Week Left to grind the Trophy Hunt Event. So Starting Today, You’ll earn even more trophies per match”
What they mean by this is that they’ve basically doubled the amount of Trophies that you can collect and secure per game which is going to make a huge difference if you haven’t finished up the event yet.
Once Season 3 Reloaded goes live which is on the 10th of May, All of the current rewards will be removed and just like we saw last season a new camo challenge event will be added in.
Now strangely enough they haven’t actually revealed what either of the two new camos are going to look like yet but if we look to some leaks that have been doing the rounds one of the camos at least is going to have this red and black topography design which should look pretty cool.
What we know for sure though is that this event is going to work just like it did last season with the Cherry Blossom Camos.
There will be 10 different challenges, One for each weapon type.
Once you complete the challenge for a specific weapon type you’ll unlock one of the new camos for that weapon type and once you finish all 10 challenges then you’ll unlock the event mastery camo which can be used on any weapon as well as a special weapon charm reward.
The Challenges themselves for each of the Weapon Types are as follows
For Assault Rifles, Get 250 Operator Kills
Battle Rifles Get 30 headshots on Operators
Sub Machine Guns - Get 3 Operator Kills without Dying 30 Times
Shotguns - Get 30 Hipfire Kills on Operators
LMGs - Get 50 Operator Kills while Mounted
Marksman Rifles - Get 25 Longshot Kills on Operators
Sniper Rifles - Get 30 Longshot Operator Kills
Pistols - Get 50 Operator Kills
Launchers - Get 40 Operator Kills
& Melee - Get 30 Operator Kills from Behind.
Overall the challenges are reasonably straightforward and pretty much all of them overlap in some way with the regular camo challenge unlocks so if you wanted to you could kill 2 birds with one stone and complete multiple camo challenges at the same time.
