Red Ants remove crumbs from crackers I placed over their mound hours before, and it looks as if they're removing them and taking some below to home base. It's interesting to watch them as a team clean up the mess I put down. They are very aggressive and fast. You don't want to be bitten by one, which I have in the past, and it's no fun.
