So, I was at this other Target Store in Diamond Bar, off the 60 Fwy, I scanned the DPCI barcode for the Droids Boba Fett, and it listed several stores where there's limited quanities, and one of them was the San Dimas Store, off the 57 Fwy, so I quickly drove to the store. I first didn't find them on the pegs with the rest of the Star Wars merchandise, so I asked this Team Member if he could scan the barcode from my phone. He said there were several in the backroom, so he kindly went to check, and came out with two of them, which I asked for. He said there's like six more in the back. I thanked him and walked away. I did ask ask him, if he had seen any other Star Wars figures in the back, such as 6 inch Black Series or 3.75" figures, so he kindly went to check for me, and returned with two Droids R2-D2 figures, but I told him I already had that, so he could go put it back.
As I was walking away from toys, I discovered a go-back/strays cart between toys and domestics, and I discovered the box the figures came in, and surprisingly, there was one of the Boba Fett's in the box, unbelievable..however I gave it back to the Team Member who had helped me, so he could put it with the rest in the backroom. On the box, there's an Ad Street Date for 05/22, so most likely, they were in the backroom until that date, so keep checking your stores, and ask a Target Team Member, you might get lucky as I did. However, on 05/22, maybe they will be easy to find in stores.
I also found the brand new larger scale Hot Wheel Starships, each one was $12.99 (yikes), but these are really cool. I found the first four from wave 1, Boba Fett's Slave 1, Luke's X-Wing Fighter Red Five, Tie Fighter and the Razor Crest. It would be awesome if they made Character Cars as well, in this scale.
