Here is a rare bit of syndicated TV media. From 2005 to 2007, there was one wrestling show that was very different from the others on the air those same years. Called "Real Pro Wrestling", or RPW, this was an attempt to bring high-school/Collegiate/Olympic style of wrestling to a mainstream TV audience. That meant no storylines, titles, or fancy costumes. Just pure athletic wrestling on display similar to what you would see at a Olympic or Collegiate wrestling event.
The show aired it's first season on Pax TV and Fox Sports Net, and the second season was syndicated to a small number of TV stations across the US. In my area, it was shown on a very little watched low power TV station called KCPO-LP based in SIoux Falls, South Dakota.
The weird part? This promo was shown during an early morning broadcast of the cheesy syndicated TV kids show "Gina D's Kids Club", which should show you the quality of programming KCPO got it's hands on. RPW is partially lost, with only season 1 episodes being uploaded to YouTube on the playlist below:
