These commercials aired before "The Commish" on the same night (and featured in part 1), but Youtube decided to upload them in reverse order. Ah well...
This particular set was shown along with the broadcast of the Howie Mandel film "Little Monsters", aired on May 2nd, 1992.
Oh, and the audio cut outs return again. I did ask a broadcast expert about why this could have happened (is it the VCR or the cable system), so if I do get a reason why those cutouts occurred, I will update this bit of text.
