An experiment for my own testing and curiosity today. I'm testing out the Wireless Go II mics to check how well the wind protection works when compared to the straight onboard GoPro mic.

As there was no wind, I decided to go for a ride with my son to check how well we could be understood with the wind hitting us when cycling. The Wireless Go II set has a two mic option so Miles was recorded in channel 1 and I was in channel 2. I mixed it all down in the edit.
If you happen to find this video useful, that's great. I'm blown away by how well the RØDE mics perform. There is barely a hint of wind noise when the GoPro is almost useless even at just low speeds.
