Do you need a sleek and functional case for your Raspberry Pi 4B? How about one that has an integrated adjustable camera mount for the raspberry pi cam? Would you like to 3D print it? Well look no further...
In this video I will show you the design changes I made to the nifty case that was originally designed by 219 design. You can find the original here:

I've kept the design feature from the original whereby you can flip the lid 180 degrees to flush fit the lid, or provide small gaps to allow wires to pass through for access to the GPIO pins.
My design changes allow you to run a 40mm fan that you most likely have laying around if you are into 3D printing. The large fan opening with fan duct make for a more interesting and attractive "turbo" design. On the GPIO pin side I have also included more openings for improved air flow.
I've beefed up the snap hooks on the lid so they don't break and made a myriad of other changes to allow for a better 3D printing experience of all of the parts.
At the top, you'll notice a hook for convenient mounting on a pegboard / screw / T-nut etc. Get creative and the possibilities are endless.

The enclosure can be run without a fan and without the camera mount as shown in the video. If you orient your lid 180 degrees, the camera mount / fan duct mounts are symmetrical so you can flip those around so your camera is always upright.
The only hardware you need is for the camera mount / fan duct:
#4 x 1/4" plastic tapping screws
#4 x 3/4" plastic tapping screws
M3 x 20mm socket head cap screw
M3 nylon locking nut
