Did you play Super Mario 3D World before? If yes, then Good for you! I also played it on my WII U some time ago. And if not... then what are you waiting for? Get the game on Wii U or Switch, IDC, just do it!
*Ahem*... Anyway, this hack takes the concept of the 4 playable characters (and their abilities) of that game and plasters it into Super Mario Bros. 3.
This may be the "vanilla" game you know and love, but with what I said before, this becomes a whole new experience, because not only you get to play as 4 characters, you also get a lot of things that modern Mario games have, like replaying previously beaten levels, extra moves (Good ol' Ground Pound anyone?), and a new thing for a certain Suit, among other things.
So... Yeah, this is World 1 once again. But only this world. We get to know what each character can do in here, while beating the levels.
The patch of this hack is only available (so far) on infidelity's Twitter account, so you have to dig through his tweets to find the link (unless he pinned it). Here's the link to his account: twitter.com/infidelity_nes
Good luck finding it! You have to apply the patch to the PRG0 version of the game. As usual, GET IT ON YOUR OWN!

Oh, man, another AWESOME SMB1 Hack? Wow! This one MAY be one of the best hacks so far, and I say MAY because even if it has nice features for a Mario 1 game, they are present in many of their sequels in one way or another... I think? Oh, also, this is a demo so... Yeah, its not complete.
Want to play it? Well TOO BAD because theres no download link for an IPS patch. At least not yet. The hack is out there, so its something. Try your favorite search engine, feel lucky and all that BS, and eventually youll get it. Thats what I did... more or less...
And if you ever find it, and also are a VirtuaNES user, let me tell you that this hack isnt compatible with that emulator. I tried it on the latest version available and it just doesnt work.")
