You can create nested brush menus inside each radial menu. Click a slot to open a second set of brushes. Use top-level menus for main categories, and sub-menus for specific or less frequently used brushes.

RadialZ is a radial brush picker for ZBrush. Press a hotkey, your brushes appear at your cursor, click one and ZBrush switches to it. Works with ZBrush 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026. Windows only.
