This program has been pretty much done for some time. After a little mishap with the Quadtari not working, I had tested afterwords and got it working but the last issue I faced was making this small program be compliant with the various competition time rules. I originally had the bars shrink to indicate time while the middle said "PRESS FIRE" but the bars were not precise.
I had since replaced the words and bars with a timer that counts up as soon as a buzzer is activated. The moderator can then pause the timer using the Select switch at whatever interval, whether a State or NAQT or whatever competition. For bonus questions the buzzers can remain locked out and the moderator can simply reset the timer by pressing Select as many times as needed until a full Reset is needed.
Only a couple hundred bites remain but after a little more testing I will put this one in the finished bin.
