✍🏾 Wash Day has become a favorite of mine. Gone are the days where I dread it......well sort of. I mean I have my moments, lol. Sometimes I might delay it but I always get it done. I started thinking of #washday as a mini at-home spa. I do skincare treatments, burn candles, play relaxing music, drink tea or wine, and just have a whole moment. Overall it makes my wash day more enjoyable and such a vibe. Mindset matters, right.
💡 In this video, I revive my dry brittle 4c hair with some much-needed TLC. Our natural hair journey is definitely individualized but one thing that is the same is, in order to have healthy hair we have to do healthy things!
