✨Before y’all question my cooking skills…👀 Growing up we always put salt in rice but once I hit high school I stopped. I learned it’s the sauce that makes the rice taste good and as long as that was seasoned well, no need for extra sodium. My mom disagreed with me for years but guess who doesn’t add salt anymore 👀.
💡When it comes to sodium it’s not the healthiest to consume. So I try to make adjustments where I can and not adding more salt to my rice is one of them.
✨Try it out, trust me you won’t notice the difference once you add your sauce to it.
