It's quick and easy and so much better than store bought. The family likes peanut butter for sandwiches. I was surprised at how good it tasted.
Recipe:
2 C raw peanuts unsalted
Neutral oil, peanut or vegetable oil, I use safflower
2 T Honey or sugar to taste
Roast the peanuts for a few minutes. Cook low at 200 for 10 mins.
Put the peanuts in a blender, pulse for a few times and then add a pinch of salt, honey or sugar to taste and oil to peanut butter consistency.
Store in the fridge for 3-4 weeks if it lasts that long in your house. :)
