Hey guys welcome back to Pickles BBQ where we’re doing some simple collard greens in the instant pot, this is a great side for BBQ, fried chicken, steak, well you name it! Super easy and quick in a pressure cooker or great on the stovetop too.
Go follow my friend Jaxx Drinkwater, he has some really great recipes outside and indoors.

Recipe is easy:
2-3 bunches of collard greens chopped
2.5 cups chicken broth
1 T black pepper or to taste
1/2 t cayenne pepper
1 T garlic powder or a few minced cloves
1/2 t onion powder or half a diced onion
1.5 t white sugar
A splash of vinegar I used apple cider
Hot sauce to taste
2 smoked ham hocks, bacon works too
1-2 tsp kosher salt
Seal on manual for 30 mins, natural release.
On a stove top, a covered simmer for around 2-3 hours

Disclaimer:
I did not eat an entire bowl or two, possibly three
The doggies got some of the ham hock meat, theyre not sure on vegetables
I've never used the yogurt setting on my instant pot, it sounds weird
