Today I'm hanging chicken on the WSM with the Gateway hanging kit.
I've seen videos on barrel cooker chicken, the ribs were honestly that much better so I definitely wanted to do chicken.
Also special surprise package shows up at the last minute, literally.
I have no affiliation with anyone but bugged Michael from Heaven Made Products all week once I heard he was gonna sell this.

This is the only one I've tried, but it's great. The rest I'll try later, but I also like making my own too.
I also made okra and homemade vegetable broth rice, both with Cajun seasoning from Big Lews BBQ video.
