I know the complaints about this game, but I still love Quake 4. It is definitely a slow starter in the first half of the game, but as you get closer to the end of the game, the intensity of the combat and gunplay picks up. I've always been a big fan of this game. I have the weapons setup as if I were playing an online match allowing for quick weapon switching in the middle of combat. It definitely helps with this very challenging game. I am not even playing on the hardest difficulty in this footage. The game runs great, but this footage seems to chug in areas. I am guessing that has something to do with Radeon Relive, because it was a lot smoother when I was playing it. It is also using Radeon Super Resolution to upscale 1080p to 4K in this footage.
NOTE: I am running this off the Retail CD version of the game I bought back in 2006
