INGREDIENTS
1/2-3/4 cup raw cashews
3 cups water
1 medium carrot
1 teaspoon spices (cinnamon/nutmeg/clove mix or pumpkin spice)
2-3 tablespoons honey or 4-8 dates
a tiny splash of vanilla
a pinch of salt
a handful of ice, if you want it cold
DIRECTIONS
Blend in a high speed blender for 1 minute or until liquified. If you don't have a high speed blender, blend for 2-3 minutes. Taste it. If it's too pulpy for your taste, strain it. Refrigerate. Keeps 4 days refrigerated.
