"Broken” explores what it feels like to live with the lasting impact of difficult experiences—without naming or diagnosing them. It’s about hypersensitivity, repeating thoughts, strained relationships, and the quiet inner work of trying to heal.

This song isn’t about giving up. It’s about questioning the idea of being “broken” at all. Some wounds can’t be seen, some scars stay with us, and some days are harder than others—but that doesn’t mean we are defined by what happened to us.
