The Time Machine software for the Playstation Portable, also known as despertar del cementerio (risen from the dead), enables your PSP to boot a complete custom firmware from the memory stick, without having the custom firmware AND the necessary base original firmware to be installed at your PSP device.
So your PSP could run the firmware 6.60 ME, and you would be able to boot the 5.00 M33 from the memory stick. If you reboot your PSP, it will switch back to the 6.60 ME CFW, kind of like a REAL dualboot.
This new version of the time machine addon install DDCv9 onto your memory stick, which will enable you to install the 6.60 OFW/ME-2.2 or simply boot the 6.60 ME-2.2 CFW from your memory stick.
The previous DDCv9 version was able to install the 6.60 OFW/ME-1.8 and boot the 6.60 ME-1.8 from the memory stick. Since the ME and LME CFWs got a few performance and feature updates since then, the DDCv9 software had to be updated too.
