Due to various reasons, some of them were people leaking the work of qwikrazor87 to other people (be it in private or publicly), the developer qwikrazor87 has decided to release this kernel exploit for the firmware 3.18.
This will NOT work with the upcoming firmware 3.30. You can thank the leakers for this.
If you bought the Z.H.P. - Zettai Hero Project game from earlier, you will be able to run TN-V at firmware 3.18.
If you have bought MyStylist, Skate Park City or Space Invaders Extreme, then you will be able to run TN-V at firmware 3.15.
The exploit file release will be very soon!
