Since 2010, the Portsmouth, Ohio, affiliate has opened its doors to athletes of all ability levels and walks of life.
From adaptive athletes to expecting moms, to athletes recovering from addiction, and those looking to take control of their health, members of PSKC CrossFit haven’t just gained physical strength and stamina; they have gained the ability to be physically independent, found a safe haven and supportive community, and improved their quality of life mentally, physically, and socially.
