Joining Geaux CrossFit 10 years ago was “the best thing” Amber Leonard could have done. At 22, she found her tribe and a compassionate and supportive community that changed her life.
When Leonard became the sole owner of the gym in 2021, her mission was to pay it forward and have a positive impact on the community, preserving the “magic” of Geaux. With the help of the staff at Geaux CrossFit, including programmer and CrossFit Level 2 Trainer El Senouvor, Leonard is doing just that.
Geaux CrossFit prioritizes the needs of all of their members — from the Games competitor to the everyday athlete — and offers a place of refuge where members can make meaningful connections while getting healthier and fitter, mentally and physically, with CrossFit.
