In this video I begin to cook a turkey in an electric smoker and complete the cooking proces in an oil-less turkey fryer. This method mimicking the flavor and texture of a smoked and fried turkey. Yet I don’t use a wood or charcoal powered smoker or a huge vat of hot oil. The devices I use are the Old Smokey Electric Smoker and the Charbroil Big Easy Oil-Less Turkey Fryer. #bigeasyoutdoorairfryer
