PS Vita: Running the Z.H.P. VHBL at Firmware 3.18 (Experimental) @TheZett

After a bit of work, it was possible to port the VHBL to the Z.H.P. exploit for the firmware 3.18.

Keep in mind that this is currently highly experimental, so take this as a "Proof of Concept". Currently it can run just a very very very few amount of homebrews, but we try to improve this.
