ex-Pennsylvania Railroad No. 1223, one of the last of the 4-4-0's built in the US, was part of the collection of locomotives that the PRR saved from scrapping. It operated from the 1960's into the 80's on the Strasburg Railroad. It is now on display in the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania.
