April 6th First Wednesday Gathering: A conversation on the proposed HCUCC bylaw amendments as they relate to bringing the Conference and Foundation bylaws into alignment.
Andy Bunn (HCF Executive Director) will provide the background for how trustees are elected to the Foundation’s Board.
Nan Katsuda (HCF Chief Financial Officer) will provide information on the traditional handling of endowment funds.
David Popham (HCUCC Conference Minister) will introduce three scenarios: dog bites off tail, tail wags dog, and enlightenment: dog and tail are one, that the Conference Council created to describe different perceived relationships between the Conference and Foundation.
